With a charming and romantic ambiance, La Terrazza Ristorante Italiano gives local Hungarians a little taste of an Italian experience, without leaving their hometown.
Italian co-owners Lucca and Paolo, endeavored to create a unique and upscale experience for the well-to-do class in eastern Hungary by starting a couple of authentic pizzerias in town. The result is a high-end mixture of class, unique flavors and boldly experimenting with the combination of authentic Italian meeting Hungarian interpretation.
The location I visited is the finer of the two, situated in Sóstó, an area of Nyíregyháza, known for its beautiful lake, villa-like homes, and finer restaurants. Sóstó also boasts one of the highest rated zoos in all of Europe, rated number 1 for 3 years.
La Terrazza offers a broad range of dishes, several of which I myself tried the evening I visited. With delicious pizzas, pastas, soups and desserts, there’s a little bit of everything for everyone.

No need to worry about flavor here. The food is all delicious and worth every penny of whatever you spend.
