Wibbley’s Burgers – Bellevue, Washington

Without question this may very well be the spot that has the best burgers in all of Washington State. That’s a pretty bold statement to make, I know. Given that there are thousands of burger joints throughout the entire state, narrowing it down to a little hole-in-the wall such as this seems hard to fathom, but trust me – the burgers are mind-blowingly good.

Opening in 1992, this tiny establishment is located in the suburb of Seattle known as Bellevue. Their menu is fantastic and offers an array of classic and creative choices, some even more mouth-watering than others. From BBQ to their “Cabo Burger”, Pastrami to Teriyaki, they have it all here.

Their signature burgers are delicious, but so are their fries. And while there’s zero reason not to order a burger here (because as previously mentioned they are the best), if you’re wanting something outside the norm, they also have plenty of salads, chicken options and even fish ‘n chips.

But wait! There’s more! Wanting something sweet, do not, I repeat do not leave here unless you order their blackberry malt. I insist. It’s life changing, and has the most explosive flavors combining natural sweetness and added – you will get full just on that alone. So forewarning, I’m preparing you to be amazed by taste.

And if that weren’t enough reason to get in here and try their food, the menu is super affordable, and the dining room super casual. Hop in on any day of the week and grab your food to go, or hang out for a little while and listen to some good music.

The vibe harkens back to the 1960s and frankly, without having been alive during that time, the burgers honestly taste like they probably did back then too.

All in all, you’re not doing yourself any favors by holding off and visiting Wibbley’s. Just make sure that when you do stop in, you let them know that Lisa sent you!
