Pizzeria Pulcinella – Renton, Washington

A Seattle staple, Pizzeria Pulcinella has been offering guests a glimpse at traditional Napolese pizza for decades.

My own family being from Seattle, my mother recollects going to Pizzeria Pulcinella with her parents as a young girl. The family owned and operated business comes from an Italian background, bringing authentic Italian cuisine to the locals in the Seattle area.

From fresh, wood-fired pizzas to lasagna and more Pizzeria Pulcinella has a little bit of everything from Italia’s broad gastronomic scape.

Owner, Vince, and son of the original founders, has been successful in the past several years keeping not only the well established Pulcinella running smoothly, but also operating two other restaurants in the greater Seattle area; Vince’s Italian and Via Marina.

Impressive to say the least, the regular guests at Pulcinella can’t get enough of the amazing entrees that pour out of the kitchen each evening.

My experience here was just as memorable as anyone else’s. The food authentic, delicious and reasonable in price. Just like you would find in Naples, the flavors are all there and the atmosphere eclectic – just like most of Seattle.

So the next time you’re in the Emerald City and you’re looking for some good Italian food, why not stop in at Pulcinella’s? Just make sure that when you do, you let them know that Lisa sent you!
