The salon, whose founder, Victor Picardo, opened its very first doors in 1983. Since then, the hair styling group has opened five salons all between Vale do Lobo and Lagos, in the Algarve. The group, which offers personalized beauty consultations to discover what style, products and look work best for your hair type and face, is well known in the Algarve.
I had the opportunity while visiting Caveiro to pop into Victor Picardo Styling Group’s salon, and my hair stylist Gala did a fantastic job on my hair. From the wash to the blow out, to the up do, everything was catered to a specific look that not only I wanted, but what she decided was a natural fit for me.
In general, this was a great experience, and I even went home with some goodies. They do sell a bunch of top of the line products, and hair accessories, so don’t miss out the next time you’re visiting. Just make sure that when you do book your hair appointment with them, you let them know that Lisa sent you!
