What do you get when you combine old world charm with modern amenities and living? You get Alla Niviera B&B in the unforgettable town of Adelfia!
Comfort, style, quiet, charm, and friendly service. What more could you ask for? That’s the best summary of Alla Niviera B&B. Though many have never heard of Adelfia, a small town in the southern region of Puglia, the people here could not be friendlier. A warm spot only 30 minutes by train from the region’s capital of Bari, the population here is just shy of 17,000. All of those whom I had the chance to meet where incredibly hospitable – including my hostess, and the owner of Alla Niviera.
With a very limited capacity of rooms, the B&B is really for those looking for a relaxing getaway from noise and the hustle and bustle of busy life.
The B&B has everything you would need though, with a fully stocked communal kitchen, a common living room, and of course private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
The bed I had in my room was incredibly comfortable – to the point that I didn’t want to leave. The view was fantastic from my veranda as well, giving me a glimpse into the small town’s rooftop vibe, and the best part – a stunning sunset each evening.
The stay is quiet, comfortable, and affordable. I was also fortunate enough to be given a tour of the city a couple of times by the lovely owner, since I didn’t have a car of my own while I was staying there. Perhaps, if you ask nicely, she might do the same for you too.
I would highly recommend staying here, as the accommodations are stylish, modest and the peace and quiet also a selling point.
